Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of data Valrune holds about you, including data connected through Meta Business Tools (such as the Meta Marketing API) and other advertising or analytics platforms Valrune uses. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

What data this covers

Depending on how you interacted with Valrune, we may hold:

• Information you submitted through the contact form on this Site (name, email, company, message).
• Site usage data collected through analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).
• Advertising account data (such as campaign, audience, or pixel event data) that Valrune accesses through Meta Business Tools or Google Ads while performing contracted services on behalf of a client.

How to request deletion

To request that we delete data described above, reach out through our contact form and let us know what you'd like removed (for example, “delete my contact form submission”). We may ask for information to verify your request before acting on it.

We will confirm and process verified deletion requests within 30 days, except where we are permitted or required to retain information (for example, for legal, security, or accounting purposes).

Data tied to a client's advertising account

If your data appears within a client's Meta or Google advertising account (for example, as part of a custom audience, pixel event, or catalog record) that Valrune manages on that client's behalf, that data belongs to the client's ad account, not to Valrune directly. In that case:

• the client is the appropriate party to receive and fulfill deletion requests for their own advertising data, in line with Meta's and Google's own tools and policies; and
• Valrune will assist a client in fulfilling a verified deletion request for data we manage on their behalf, or, if you contact us directly, we will forward your request to the relevant client where we are able to identify them.
